Excellent observation skills alerted us to a potentially dangerous health issue!

My husband was admitted to hospital yesterday, after his two ProAce carers alerted me to a possible DVT (deep vein thrombosis) in his lower leg. Thanks to their alertness and professionalism, we acted quickly.

The hospital confirmed a DVT, and my husband is now receiving treatment for what might otherwise have become a life- threatening issue.

As always, ProAce staff have shown outstanding care and awareness – I cannot praise them highly enough!

The Angels that keep on giving !

I wrote my first review on here nearly a year ago .

Mam had had a terrible experience with her previous care provider and was in a terrible place both physically and mentally.

I honestly cannot praise ProAce enough.

Mam has Angel Kudzie as her main carer. After nearly a year she is more like family to us, she is so loving, caring and always goes that extra mile to make sure that all of mams needs are met and not to forget mams other Angels Diana, Roo, Monika, Gladys just too name a few, they are all absolutely amazing ! Mam loves them all.

A year ago mam was at her lowest and diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and was giving up on life, now she looks forward to the next day and to see her girls and especially Her Kudzie.

me and mam are so grateful to ProAce for everything they do, The care they give is outstanding and I have total peace of mind …

ANGELS ARE REAL !!

Domiciliary care Local authority client provider service review.

Domiciliary care Local authority client provider service review.

Since starting the service on December 11th, 2023, I cannot fault the service received.

I was very apprehensive about starting with the provider, all the apprehensive feelings have now disappeared, the staff are excellent with the timing of visits they carry out everything that is requested, every member of staff follow authority care plan, the staff go the extra mile that is really appreciated.

When staff are running late for the weekend lunch visits the on-call coordinator is always in contact with myself or my next of kin. When the provider first started working with me, I was like a military drill sergeant, in the past few months I have mellowed considerably.

I highly recommend the provider to anybody looking for a provider for themselves or a family member.
